  1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at litheiggyandstone.com and through our Etsy shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

  1. Conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email or when we ship the goods.

  1. Prices and Payment
  • All prices are final prices (plus shipping costs if applicable).
  • Note for Switzerland: Since we are considered a small business, no VAT is shown (or enter your VAT ID here if you have one).
  • Payments are made via the service providers offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card via Etsy Payments).
  1. Shipping and customs
  • We ship worldwide (Switzerland, EU, USA).
  • Important: For deliveries abroad (EU, USA), customs duties, taxes, or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges.
  1. Special feature: Custom-made products & right of withdrawal
  • Right of withdrawal: Customers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Exclusion: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (DE) or the corresponding EU standards and Swiss law, No right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
